Senior Payroll Officer
  • $100,000 - $110,000 + Super | Sydney CBD NSW 2000
  • End to end payroll processing across Australia and NZ using ADP

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a fast paced, multi entity & social environment with strong emphasis on compliance.

THE ROLE
  • End to end payroll processing across Australia and New Zealand (1000+ employees)
  • Process fortnightly payrolls accurately and on time
  • Handle complex payroll queries and escalations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant awards, EBAs and legislation
  • Maintain payroll records and employee data integrity
  • Reconciliations, reporting and audit support
  • Identify and contribute to payroll process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing and payroll projects as required
THE PERSON
  • Proven end to end payroll experience in a high volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards and EBAs
  • Experience processing payroll across multiple entities or sites
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong systems knowledge with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Happy to travel to the office 4 days per week
  • Full working rights (permanent role)
