Job Title - Senior Payroll Project Analyst

Salary - $110,000 - $120,000 + Super

Location - Western Sydney

Duration - 12 month FTC

Start Date - ASAP

A well known Global business is looking to appoint a Senior Payroll Project Analyst to come in and work on a project to support and work closely with the Payroll team, reporting to the APAC Payroll Manager.

The role will be working on many various key projects including managing the database across multiple countries to one single database and to the outsourced payroll provider. The role will also be strongly involved in assisting in the development of system interfaces to ensure their efficiency which will aid in faster and more accurate data management and storage of employee master-file.

This role would suit an experienced, confident Payroll Analyst who is a strong leader with great time management with extensive project management experience. Experience using Chris21 is essential as you will be heavily involved in the system and looking to do multiple process improvements as well system configuration.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide Payroll Operational support to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, ensure all Statutory and non-statutory remittances/payments are made accurately and on time

  • Minimal error and in compliance with appropriate local country regulations.

  • Supports special project activities that impact Payroll as directed by the Payroll Manager

  • Support project deployments of chris21, to apply and perform software development life cycle methodologies for configuration, re-configurations, upgrades, enhancements.

    Implementations and user acceptance testing activities.

  • Perform ongoing maintenance of existing chris21 software, configurations and operations.

  • Support project activities relating to the migration of specified ANZ Payroll System databases of Chris21 to the newly developed outsourced Vendor product, and its applications.

The suitable candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in the above tasks
  • Chris21 advanced user
  • Intermediate Excel skills are essential, advanced would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding Stakeholder management with first class interpersonal skills
  • Ability to process multiple payrolls
  • Leading Payroll implementations
  • Experience working in a Global environment processing pay in multiple countries would be advantageous
