The Role
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a high‑volume portfolio
* Partner with hiring managers to deliver timely and practical recruitment advice
* Prepare job ads, source candidates, and manage shortlisting
* Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and pre‑employment checks
* Ensure recruitment activities align with enterprise agreements and internal policies
* Support onboarding processes and system updates

About You
* Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor in a medium to large organisation
* Strong end‑to‑end recruitment capability in a fast‑paced environment
* Background in corporate or white‑collar recruitment preferred
* Experience working with Enterprise Agreements
* Familiarity with SuccessFactors is desirable but not essential
* Well organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
