Join this elite accounting firm based in Melbourne's CBD. This organisation are looking for a Team Assistant to provide support to a high performing and collaborative team. The ideal candidate would have industry experience working within a professional services environment, is resilient, outgoing, energetic & hard working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration support to 2 partners and their team
  • Office facilities management and general office oversight
  • Ad-hoc event management for the Melbourne office
  • Invoice and expense processing
  • Client engagement over the phone, reception and meetings
  • Diary and email management
  • Preparation of client correspondence

The successful candidate:

  • Proven administration skills and team support
  • Outgoing, energetic & hard working
  • Highly proactive and has use of initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills and confident to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to implement processes and find efficiency's for the team and business
