Join this elite financial services firm based in Melbourne's CBD. This organisation are looking for a Team Assistant to provide support to a group of department heads across the business. The ideal candidate would have industry experience or experience in a corporate environment dealing with very senior internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will be fully supported by a collaborative admin team. Ideally you will be polished, energetic & hard working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration support for multiple department heads
  • Ad-hoc event management for the Melbourne office
  • Invoice and expense processing
  • Client engagement over the phone, reception and meetings
  • Diary and email management
  • Domestic and International travel booking
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Reporting for the business
  • Reception cover, one day a week
