THE ROLE
* Supporting remuneration and total rewards programs
* Preparing analysis, modelling, and reporting to support decision making
* Working with large datasets to generate insights and recommendations
* Assisting with salary reviews, benchmarking, and reward frameworks
* Supporting job evaluation and maintaining data integrity
* Collaborating with P&C, Remuneration, and Payroll stakeholders
* Providing general support to the wider team and assisting with ad hoc requests
THE PERSON
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Total Rewards or remuneration role
* Strong Excel skills with experience in modelling and data analysis
* Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
* Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business
* Strong team player with a collaborative approach
* Able to pass a National Police Check
* Full Australian working rights required
