Working with a Professional Services organisation in the CBD we are looking for an Accounts Officer or Accounts Administrator to join the team in a permanent role. This is a work from the office role with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week after the probation period.
This role would suit someone who has a little bit of accounts support experience or has/is studying accounting and looking to gain hands on experience in a full-time role.
The role:
- Receipting
- Bank reconciliation
- Data entry
- Processing payments
- Ad-hoc administration
The Successful candidate:
- Will have previous experience receipting or doing bank reconciliations (desirable)
- Will be studying or have an interest in growing a career in the accounting field
- Will have very good customer service skills and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Will have a high attention to detail and accuracy
The company:
- Offers very good training to get up to speed in the role
- In office, in Melbourne CBD close to public transport
- Salary of $75,000 package
- Candidates need to be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia
