About Michael

After graduating with a higher diploma in business in 2014 at the National University of Galway Ireland, I made the brave move to relocate to Melbourne.

My recruitment career began back in May 2016 when I started my first role as an Associate Consultant. This was a 360-role recruiting Accounting & Support across the commercial sector in Melbourne. While growing my career I then started to manage teams and began recruiting in the Senior Finance space, this is when my career truly took off.

My passion is connecting with clients & candidates and changing people's lives. I take pride in my work and always ensure all placements are a perfect match for both parties. To be a successful recruiter, my philosophy is to build honest relationships by being responsive while acting with integrity. ​

Outside of work:

Outside of work, I am a first-time dad, as well as competing in Triathlons and in March 2023 I completed Ironman in Geelong.
