Looking for Senior AP who can manage full end-to-end AP function and want to make a difference with process improvements and project

THE CLIENT

The company is one of Australia's most rapidly growing businesses. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to work closely with the Financial Accountant and have the chance to develop and mentor the AP Officer.

THE ROLE

  • Manage and oversee the full Accounts Payable process
  • Checking high volume of invoices
  • Statement reconciliations, payment runs
  • Manage/mentor the Accounts Payable Officer
  • Implement accounts payables procedures, processes, and practices
  • Work across teams to optimise accounts payables process
  • Provide training, management, and leadership to the team
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

THE PERSON

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of end to end Accounts Payable processes
  • Experience in leading a team and executing strategy but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
