We currently have multiple temporary opportunities with various clients based in the CBD and Eastern Suburbs,

The duties you would be expected to do include -

  • Preparing weekly/ monthly payment runs
  • Managing staff expenses
  • processing of invoices
  • Manage subcontractor accounts
  • Full function invoice processing
  • month end assistance
  • Manage phone and email enquiries
  • Various administration duties
  • Monthly reporting

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience gained from a similar role, a solid work history and:

  • Experience dealing with high volumes
  • are happy to commit to the length of the contract
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Reporting experience
  • High level stakeholder engagement
