We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable officer to fill a temporary 8-week assignment in the Carlton area.
Accounts Payable Officer
This is an opportunity for an immediately available, highly motivated individual with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to support the accounts payable team in an on-site, part-time capacity.
Position Duties:
- Management of accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintenance of files and records
- Processing of monthly reconciliations including credit cards
- Integration of data onto new system
- Ensuring maintentance and accuracy of invoices
- Investigating and resolving vendor queries/discrepancies
About you:
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable Role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to organise and manage financial records efficiently
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
