Our client is one of Victoria's largest electricity distributors. They manage the poles, wires, and other infrastructure that deliver electricity to homes and businesses across the state.
The Role
You will be working in a collaborative team, with great tenure. Your duties will include but nit limited to:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of revenue analysts or specialists to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation through effective pricing, billing processes, and collections practices
- Oversee the accurate and timely generation of customer bills, ensuring that all charges are calculated correctly and invoices are delivered promptly.
- Identify opportunities to streamline revenue processes and enhance operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
The Candidate
- 6 years experience in a similar role and a proven track record in the utilities industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
