THE CLIENT

THE ROLE
- Inbox inquiries management
- Minimise overdue balances and debts
- Payment Allocations when required
- Timely and effective collections by phone and email
- Resolve both internal and external queries
- Weekly and month end reporting
- Meeting individual and team KPIs
- Maintain and build strong stakeholder relationship
- Assisting other team members when required
THE PERSON
- AR or Credit background ideal but not essential
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Intermediate Excel, Word & Outlook
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Work efficiently in a high volume/fast paced environment
