Looking for a motivated professional with experience in recruitment operations to join a leading recruitment company.

THE ROLE:

  • Support the Directors and act as the intermediary between corporate services and sales
  • Manage the administrative team and oversee general administrative duties, including CV formatting, payroll services, and placement updates.
  • Provide office and facilities management support
  • Handle vendor management and
  • Coordinate internal events
  • Oversee compliance for placements
  • Support the Leadership team with bids, tenders, and documentation
  • Evaluate and streamline internal processes
  • Address contractor-related queries and ensure legislative compliance

THE PERSON

  • Experience in a similar role supporting recruitment operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Customer service focused
  • Ability to critically evaluate internal processes and procedures, creating and implementing improvements
  • Adaptability and flexible approach to changing work priorities
  • Identifies and takes action to address problems and opportunities
