Looking for a Payroll Manager or Payroll Specialist that is looking for the next step and wanting involvement in projects and managing a team.

THE ROLE
- Managing end-to-end payroll duties on a fortnightly basis (approx 300 employees)
- Managing offshore team
- Managing PAYG, Super and Tax
- Knowledge and ability to interpret awards, specifically aged care awards
- Responding to enquiries
- Liasing and providing advice to Site Supervisors regarding best practice for rostering schedules
- Supporting the Financial Controller in the implementation and delivery of projects
THE PERSON
- Standalone end-to-end experience
- Preferably aged care experience, but the ability to interpret awards is essential
- Exposure to Payroll Metrics/Human Force is higly desirable
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Working in a caring environment so would suit someone that would take pride in working into this sector and also ability to work autonomously
