THE CLIENT
My client is an Australian Not For Profit Business in the care industry, they focus on providing high-quality service to their customers. They are looking for a respectful and authentic new team member for the payroll department.

THE ROLE
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll including PAYG and TAX
- Processing end to end pays using Chris21
- Managing employee queries
- Setting up new starters, calculating terminations, redundancies etc
- Interpreting Awards and EBA's
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with Managers and Team members
- Customer focused approach
THE PERSON
- End to End payroll experience in a similar role
- Chris21 experience is preferred but not essential
- Great communication skills including written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Australian legislation including interpreting Awards/EBAs
- Provide quality and timely payroll advice
- Experience using Riteq time and attendance system desirable.
