Working with a small community based organisation located in Kew East, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer / Administrator to join on a part time basis.
This role will suit someone who needs flexible hours - we are looking for support for 15 hours total across Tuesday -Thursdays. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with opportunity to go permanent after this time.
The role includes tasks such as:
- Bank reconciliation - petty cash and credit cards
- Expenses
- Data entry
- Accounts Payable Assistance
- Answering the phones and general office administration
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong attention to detail
- Previous accounts experience
- Experience with Greentree accounting software (desirable)
- Positive work ethic
- Ability to work autonomously when required
- Full Australian working rights
