The role:
- Accurate matching of invoices to purchase orders
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers including responding to accounts payable queries
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to follow up outstanding purchase orders
- Scheduling and paying vendors
- Produce and analyse monthly and weekly accounts reports
- Perform account reconciliations including credit cards
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting in general finance ad-hoc duties
About you:
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Qualification in accounting or similar advantageous but not essential to apply
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar accounts role
- Time management and organisational skills
- Problem-solving/solutions mindset
- Highly motivated and driven
- High level of data integrity and accuracy
