A rare opportunity has come to the market working with one of AccountAbility's favourite clients! This is an urgent role and will ideally start before Christmas for a short training period, then a break and back to full swing in January.
The role is a permanent Accounts Receivable Officer position (Temp to Perm also considered) working in a small but very efficient, smart and engaged finance team. You'll be working with a dedicated Collections Officer as a team of 2 within the wider finance team.
This is a Not-for-Profit business with a great purpose and you'll be part of something special.
Location: City Fringe, a short walk from a train station.
The role will include:
- Billing
- Receiving and allocating money
- Receipting
- Reconciliations
- Reporting
- Back up collections when needed
- Assisting the Finance Manager with any other ad hoc tasks.
What will you need to be considered?
- You'll have demonstrated experience as an AR Officer
- You'll have intermediate Excel skills and strong systems knowledge.
- You'll enjoy all the above tasks listed below and take pride in being a mature, self-starter.
- Ideally you'll have worked in a small finance team previously where you understand how important every part of the puzzle is.
- Ideally you will be immediately available or on short notice.
