THE CLIENT
My client is a leading retail business with a reputable global presence. They are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to perform data entry for various administrative duties to support the Accounts Receivable team and phone collections when required.

THE ROLE

  • Perform daily transactional data entry tasks
  • Perform receipting of monies for various payment methods
  • Process bank statements, month end transactions, customer rebates
  • Credit checks for new customers
  • Setting up all new accounts in system
  • Resolve internal and external enquiries in a timely matter
  • Account reconciliations
  • Chasing outstanding payments on telephone and email
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to help them manage their customer database
  • Meeting KPIs

THE PERSON

  • AR or Credit background preferred but would also consider someone with strong admin skills looking to learn!
  • Work efficiently in a high volume/fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills - oral, written, negotiation
  • Intermediate Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Excellent data entry skills & Great attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Valid Police Check
