The Company

A leading, privately owned Aged Care provider based in the lower North Shore. The organisation has been built by a leading pioneer of Aged Care in Australia.

The Role

  • Setup new residents & associated charges
  • Billing and Receipting
  • Resolve Customer & Internal Stakeholder Queries
  • Respond to queries from residents and internal customers in a timely manner
  • Finalistion of Accounts
  • Interrogate systemic errors & devise more efficient processes

The contract is for a minimum of 6 -7 months.

You will be an experienced AR candidate with the agility to adapt quickly in a changing & complex environment. Aged Care or Healthcare industry experience is preferable, or at least exposure to a business to consumer Accounts Receivable environment.
