We are working with a well-known brand to support in the recruitment for an Accounts Receivable Officer role. This is a permanent role, based in Mount Waverley and offering a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will have a proven history in Accounts Receivable and excellent customer service skills. A bonus if you have used Pronto ERP!
The role:
- Manage the end to end Accounts Receivable function
- Ownership and follow up of aged-debtors
- Daily bank reconciliations, including major accounts
- Allocation of any cash payments to invoices
- Manage the Accounts Receivable email inbox
- Resolving customer queries and disputes, escalating any as required
- Process approved credits and maintaining payment plans
- Complete month end activities and supporting the wider finance team
The ideal candidate;
- Will have at least 2-3 years experience in an end to end Accounts Receivable role
- Previous experience with Pronto ERP (desirable)
- Have excellent communication skills (particularly when dealing with customers over the phone)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to influence and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
