We are searching for an experienced Administrator / Office Manager to cover a 3-month assignment at Parkville.

This role within the Non for Profit sector is searching for an experienced Administrator to join their team and support the office in day to day duties.

The role:

  • General office administration
  • First point of contact for all clients
  • Phone screening and gatekeeping
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Basic invoicing and expenses
  • Facilities management
  • Onboarding
  • Banking

The candidate:

  • Must have previous experience in Administration or Office Management
  • Must have exceptional customer service
  • Be friendly and positive in nature
  • Organised
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Committed to a 3-month contract
