Working with a purpose-driven organisation in Prahran, we are looking for an all-rounder administrator for a contract role for 3 months with possible extension. This role is sitting within the Finance department, however will be providing administration support to the wider team.
The role:
- Administration support to the Finance and HR teams
- Taking queries from internal stakeholders on the phone
- Excel, word and SAP use
- General ad-hoc duties
The successful candidate:
- Will have a general administration / customer service (office based) background
- Be the type of person who is happy to jump into a task and pick up any new ones that are asked
- Show initiative to learn
- Be organised and have great communication skills
- Be willing to commit to a minimum 3 months contract
The final details:
- Prahran location - 10 min walk from the station or accessible from St Kilda road trams
- In office role - unless the role extends past 3 months there may be opportunity for hybrid then
- Hourly rate to be discussed
- Start ASAP - can accommodate a week off over the Christmas period (or not if you want to work!)
