THE CLIENT
Starting from a family business to now an expanding and fast growing business in Australia. My client is looking for an Assistant Accountant who will perform various financial activities across several entities and work closely with the Accountant and providing them with assistance.

THE ROLE
- Provide assistance to Accountant, Financial Controller and Finance team as required
- Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare and process journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconcile Trust Accounts and prepare month-end journals
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Other adhoc data analyses
THE PERSON
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred but not essential
- 2-3 years Accounting/ Finance experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of MYOB/ Xero and Excel
- Exposure to property is ideal but not essential
- Must be 2x vaccinated
