Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment cycles, including planning, sourcing, screening, and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organisations, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute early careers recruitment campaigns, including graduate and internship programs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality early career talent pipelines.
- Manage peak recruitment periods and large candidate volumes associated with graduate hiring cycles.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for campus candidates.
- Organise and support university events, career fairs, networking sessions, and campus engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to ensure consistent candidate experience and hiring processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong focus on campus or early careers recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience managing full campus recruitment cycles, including peak hiring periods.
- Hands-on recruiter who is comfortable managing high volumes and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative recruitment team.
