- Full-time 6 month position with possibility for extension for the right candidate
- Seeking a driven Accounts all-rounder with 1-2 years of experience in AP/AR
- Immediate start with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week
Responsibilities include:
- Attend and resolve internal and external queries via phone and email
- Performing month-end reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card statement & expense reimbursement
- Daily banking receipts
- Processing of invoices with accuracy and sending to relevant bodies for approval
- Ad-hoc Accounts Receivable duties
- Other duties as required bythe finance manager
Your Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or education equivalent
- Experience in accounts within logistics/warehousing industry (favourable but not essential to apply)
- Experience using accounting systems (MYOB Exo advantageous)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers
