We're seeking a Billings Officer to support a busy team managing billing for over 400 clients. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records across 50 customer accounts, ensuring timely and precise data entry, and assisting with e-signature documentation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is confident with Excel, and enjoys working with data. You'll be working full-time in the office initially, with flexibility to move to a hybrid 3:2 model once trained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of billing records
- Managing Excel spreadsheets and client databases
- Supporting e-signature documentation processes
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to billing and client records
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- 1-2 Years experience on a Billings position
- Proven administrative experience
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple client records
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
