The Role:
- Own and manage your customer ledger, including two major accounts
- Investigate and resolve claims
- Ensuring accurate reports and reconciliations
- Cash allocation
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for invoicing
- Handle collections calls, managing outstanding debts and month-end reporting
The Person:
- Experienced in collections and accounts receivable, with the ability to handle accounts autonomously
- Familiar with large ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or Oracle
- Salesforce experience is advantageous
- Comfortable using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel
- A confident communicator who is proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Happy to work onsite five days a week
- Must have full working rights in Australia
