The Role
- Effectively leading a team of 3 to deliver on SLA's and KPIs
- Manage your own small ledger of major accounts
- Dealing with escalations / queries and setting credit limits / account holds
- Timely generation on Month end and Weekly reports
- Coach, discipline, and develop team for example involvement in recruitment, 1on1's, reviews and performance meetings
- Build effective relationships both internally and externally understanding all stakeholder needs
- Leading the team to resolve queries in a timely manner as well being able to deal with the escalated issues efficiently
- Using the SAP system competently
The Person
- End to end Credit / Collections / AR Experience
- Ideally Management experience but open to someone who is keen to step up and lead a team
- Experience working within an FMCG company / product based collections (rather than B2C)
- Strong verbal and written customer service skills
- Confident, outgoing character who can work independently and, in a team, environment
- Ideally experience with SAP
