This luxury car brand has two vacancies available for a Customer Relations Specialist to join their team. Based in Mulgrave, you will be responsible for handling customers enquiries regarding a product recall.
The role is initially a 6 month temp assignment with a view to extend. Experience in a similar role, or a call centre environment will be highly advantageous.
- Taking inbound calls to assist customers of the dealership in relation to a product recall
- Provide information to dealership customers who have been affected by this recall
- Responding to customers over email and following up with customers in relation to their recall
- Maintaining internal database with clear and accurate information
- General administrative tasks
- Mulgrave location

- Polished communication and the ability to communicate clearly and professional with customers
- Demonstrated experience regarding empathy and resilience with a strong work ethic to create the best outcome for the customer
- Monday - Friday
- The ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment
