This has rapidly become a significant contributor to their annual revenue & profitability.
The Role
- Working closely with a Senior Consultant, you will develop & drive the strategy for payroll compliance
- Ensure that payroll, time capture, and HRIS are compliant & integrated
- Create & maintain flexible process & controls documentation to ensure process optimisation
- Strong engagement with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure integration with Enterprise Agreements & Payroll Awards
- Devise tactical solutions to control changes to rates & allowance in Enterprise Agreements
- Utilise Advanced Excel to interrogate data to ensure procedural stability & integrity
- Optimise Dashboard for effective reporting
The role is being recruited on six-month contract basis, preferably on a Fixed Term basis.
You will be a Payroll BA, with exposure to working on compliance projects, and have an agile technical skillset including Advanced Excel.
