Our client within the FMCG Industry needs a Customer Service Consultant to commence on a 3-month contract with an immediate start.
The ideal candidate will be flexible to work any days between Monday - Friday and the occasional weekend, taking orders and dealing with customers and clients within the contact centre.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous contact centre experience
- Previous experience within FMCG company
- Heavy data entry experience and high accuracy
- High level reporting and systems usage, easily able to pick up new systems
- Hold a RSA (ideal but not required)
The role:
- Customer Service to both clients and customers
- Taking and processing orders over the phone
- High level data entry and administration
- High level attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast, accurate pace.
