Working for a Professional services organisation based in the CBD we are looking for an administrator to join the team. This role would suit someone who with only a few years of administration experience and is looking to grow their career within the Professional Services or Finance sector.
The role:
- Supporting an a team of 10 finance professionals with various administration tasks
- High level document control, including preparing reports
- Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ad-hoc administration as required by the greater team
The right candidate:
- Someone with 1-2 years administration experience or someone looking to gain experience in this field or the Finance sector
- We would also look at candidates who are entry level credit / accounts receivable experienced
- Th ability to pick up new tasks and systems easily
- Someone who have proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and fast learner
The company:
- Location in the CBD, this is a full-time work from the office role with potential 1 day from home after probation
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Salary of up to $75,000 package
