THE CLIENT
Work for a global and award winning brand looking for a skilled Payroll Manager with leadership experience who can bring fresh ideas and lead from the front. Opportuity to be involved in process optimasation projects and oversee the full function for ANZ.

THE ROLE
- Responsible for overseeing your team and end to end Fortnightly and Monthly Pays on ADP
- Mentoring and developing your team with ongoing training and support
- Continuous process improvements and system upgrade project
- Reporting and Analysis
- Managing escalations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Head of Finance and HR
THE PERSON
- Payroll Management experience with full understanding of end to end payroll process
- Confident interpreting awards, EBAs and handling multi-entity payroll
- Ideally experience with large ERP systems (ADP experience is highly desirable)
- Strong communicator who can influence internal stakeholders
- NZ Experience is highly desirable
- Ability to roll your sleeves up and assist where needed with BAU but also Project work
- Excellent communication
- Happy to work 5 days on site
- Full working rights as this is a permanent role
