Finance Administrator
Working with a Wealth Management organisation we are looking for someone to join the team as a Finance Administrator on a 12 month contract. This role would suit someone who has been in an administrative role/finance administration role within Financial Services or someone who is a recent graduate and looking for experience within Financial Services. The role will involve heavy data entry as well as journals and managing basic tasks across wealth management portfolios.
The role:
- High levels of data entry, showing high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Working with Excel
- Processing of journals and submissions of payment reports
- Addressing advisor enquiries
- Supporting account closures
- Remaining compliant in all work
- Ad-hoc project work
The right candidate:
- Ideally coming from a Finance or Accounting background, perhaps a recent graduate or someone who has already been working within the Financial Services industry.
- Someone who has high attention to detail and prides themselves on their accuracy
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a want to grow their skills
- Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve
- Full Australian working rights
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
The finer details:
- 12 month contract, paid on an hourly rate
- Hybrid working model after the initial training period
- Possibility of extension after the 12 month period
