Assist the Accounting and Finance team in ad-hoc accounts duties including:
- Maintenance of supplier/creditor files and responding to enquiries
- Entering and allocating creditor and supplier invoices into the system
- Accurate matching of invoices to purchase orders
- Shadow the preparation of IAS, BAS & and Super lodgement
- Accounts payable support including reconciliations and payments
- Produce and analyse monthly and weekly accounts reports
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to follow up outstanding purchase orders
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting in general finance ad-hoc duties
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or similar
- Motivated and driven individual keen to progress
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Time management and organisational skills
- Problem-solving/solutions mindset
- High level of data integrity and accuracy
