Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 + Super (Pro-rata)
Hours: 3 Days Permanent Part-Time
Office Presence: Just 2 Days per Fortnight!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Complete Payroll Management: Handle all aspects of fortnightly payroll (>200 employees), including PAYG, Superannuation, and Taxation.
  • System Maintenance: Oversee payroll and time and attendance systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting: Generate payroll reports to meet both internal and statutory requirements.
  • Staff Liaison: Address payroll queries and provide support to staff and management.
  • Award Interpretation: Accurately interpret and apply awards, agreements, and contracts.

What We're Looking For:

  • End-to-End Payroll Expertise: Proven experience in managing full payroll cycles, including month-end processes and taxation.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Positive attitude with the ability to communicate effectively and manage queries.
  • Autonomous Work Style: Ability to independently manage your time and responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and experience with ADP preferred. Familiarity with interpreting Awards/EBAs is a must.
