Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payroll-related tasks such as PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, and Workers' Compensation.
- Handle onboarding for new team members, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Interpret and apply multiple Awards.
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries with professionalism.
- Help the HR team with some reports and HR related tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience with Micropay.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of award interpretation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Good comunication and problem solving skills.
