The organisation is looking for a technical & customer focused Payroll Manager, who can support the business from an award interpretation & systems integration perspective:
- Manage the payroll end to end for up to 600 employees
- Support the identification & implementation of a new payroll system
- Integration of HRIS tools
- Development of a seamless and efficient model for the employee experience
- Support the integration of a new acquisition into the existing payroll structure
- Be true Payroll SME and point of contact for enquiries from all levels of the business
You will essentially have exceptional knowledge of complex awards such as hospitality or nursing. You will have an exceptional knowledge of payroll systems and the ability to develop the optimal structure for this busy function.
