ABOUT THE ROLE
Rapidly growing Construction and engineering business who are look for a hands on Standalone Payroll Manager to lead the payroll department, engage with stakeholders ensuring great customer service, whilst also work closely with the Finance team with Payroll Accounting duties and driving process improvements!

DUTIES
- Weekly and Monthly Payroll Processing end to end
- Processing timesheets, managing queries
- Interpreting multiple Awards & EBAs
- Calculate PAYG, Tax, Super, Redundancy/Terminations, LSL
- Month-End and Year-End
- Identify process improvements
- Payroll accounting - Reconciliations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- End to End Payroll Experience - To be able to run the full end to end payroll cycle including PAYG, Super, Tax, Month End
- Ideally construction or manufacturing background preferred not essential
- Hands on position, ability to roll sleeves up and get stuck in!
- Must have excellent communication skills as stakeholder engagement and customer service is key
