Due to business expansion, the business is seeking a Payroll Officer to work with the newly promoted Payroll Manager. The leader of this function is a highly technical, CPA qualified, payroll professional with an empathetic & supportive approach. He has the depth of experience & rounded skillset to add value to the long term career of an aspiring leader of the future. They would love the opportunity to mentor a candidate with 1-2 years of payroll experience to become accomplished in all aspects of the end to end process.
- Process end to end payroll for 400-500 employees with the suport the Payroll Manager
- Learn payroll awards & interpretation
- Starters & Terminations
- Process bonus payments
- Assist with reconciliation of leave including Long Service Leave across multiple regions of Australia
- Manual calculations incuding redundancy & terminations
- Expedite query resolution & maintain exceptional standards of customer service
To be considered for this role, you will need a solid grounding in payroll processing, ideally gained within a large scale, complex environment. No previous exposure to a specific payroll platform is required for this role, however a demonstrable learning agility to pick up new systems is essential. Exceptional communciation & business engagement skills are also critical.
