We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer based within one of Melbourne well known NFP's.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in a complex Payroll function and team through periods of significant change is highly regarded
- Experience interpreting multiple complex Awards/Agreements and explaining these concepts to others
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with improving and enforcing business systems and controls
- Advanced Microsoft suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with ERP accounting system
- Chris21/Kronos highly desirable
