Payroll Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll officer to join a large NFP Group based within the Healthcare Sector. We are looking for candidates who are keen to have full ownership of their pay unit and who are looking to grow and develop their skillset within a very busy and supportive team.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of legislative requirements in respect of PAYG, FBT and payroll tax
- Good understanding of Industrial Award/Enterprise Agreements and understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Well-developed Microsoft office Skills
- Demonstrated high attention to detail with a specific focus on numerical data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening and interaction skills
- Ability to work well under multiple deadlines and pressure
- Strong organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity
Desired Experience:
- 5+ years in processing payrolls
- Previous experience is using Technology One HRP software, an advantage
- Preferable Healthcare industry experience or a demonstrated understanding of the Healthcare Awards and Agreements
