Payroll Officer

THE ROLE

  • Managing approximately 1000 fortnightly pay
  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll including PAYG and TAX
  • Processing end to end pays SAP Success Factors
  • Managing employee queries
  • Setting up new starters, calculating terminations, redundancies etc
  • Interpreting Awards and EBA's
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with Managers and Team members
  • Customer focused approach


THE PERSON

  • Experience in payroll
  • Great communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Provide quality and timely payroll advice
  • Knowledge of Australian legislation - interpreting Awards/EBAs
