DUTIES
- Processing payroll fortnightly cycles on Chris21 and Kronos
- New Starters, terminations
- Managing inbox and queries
- Interpreting Awards & EBAs
- Calculate Super, Redundancy/Terminations, Tax, LSL
- Identify and action continuous process improvements
- Opportunity to collaborate with Payroll Manager, assisting with projects / process improvements
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Chris21 or iChris essential
- Payroll processing experience
- UKG and Not for profit experience desirable
- Award/EBA knowledge dealing with multiple awards
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to be part of a progressive and energetic team that strives for continued improvement
