The organisation is currently seeking a Project Manager to implement a new payroll system
- Transition payroll from existing platform to a new outsourced provider
- Manage the integrity of the payroll data
- Ensure awards & agreements are interpreted & integrated into the payroll platform
- Run test scenarios & parallel runs to ensure alignment & prevent business critical errors
- Roll out processes to stakeholders across the business
- Manage the delivery of the BAU payroll with the assistance with one Payroll Officer
- Develop succession plan once project is completed
The role is being recruited on a contract basis for an initial six months.
