This role will suit someone who enjoys deep system work, running detailed reports, analysing workforce data, and playing a key role in the successful rollout and optimisation of Kronos.

DUTIES
- Own and manage Kronos workforce management reporting
- Run, validate, and analyse Kronos reports to support payroll accuracy
- Identify discrepancies between Kronos and payroll systems and investigate root causes
- Support Kronos implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live activities
- Provide insights and recommendations based on workforce and payroll data
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert for Kronos-related queries
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG Workforce Management
- Payroll experience with a solid understanding of time and attendance data
- Proven ability to run detailed reports and perform data analysis
- Experience supporting Kronos implementations or major system upgrades highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills and analytical capability
- High attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment
