Payroll Specialist

This role will suit someone who enjoys deep system work, running detailed reports, analysing workforce data, and playing a key role in the successful rollout and optimisation of Kronos.

DUTIES

  • Own and manage Kronos workforce management reporting
  • Run, validate, and analyse Kronos reports to support payroll accuracy
  • Identify discrepancies between Kronos and payroll systems and investigate root causes
  • Support Kronos implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live activities
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on workforce and payroll data
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Kronos-related queries

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG Workforce Management
  • Payroll experience with a solid understanding of time and attendance data
  • Proven ability to run detailed reports and perform data analysis
  • Experience supporting Kronos implementations or major system upgrades highly desirable
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical capability
  • High attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment
