The Role:
- Month-End Accounting tasks, such as accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis.
- Manage comprehensive accounting activities, including P&L and Balance Sheet reporting for project entities.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly BAS for project entities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and intercompany loan reconciliations
- Collaborating with team to review and manage the collation of documentation for investors.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various project-related accounting tasks.
- Reviewing, coding, and approving all project-related invoices
- Providing ad hoc financial support to the Financial Controller and broader Finance team as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with Month-End Accounting processes within the property or construction industry
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Can do attitude and someone who thrives within a growing/changing environment
- Relevant Accounting degree / studying towards CPA/CA is preferred
