Amazing opportunity for a Property Accountant to join a progressive and fast-growing property company!

THE CLIENT

Starting from a family business, this property development company has been undergoing massive growth and thriving and now looking for a Property Accountant to join the team. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is an end-to-end accounting role. THE ROLE

  • General ledger, balance sheet, intercompany loans and bank reconciliations across development entities
  • Month end and Year End reporting
  • Entering and coding journal entries
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS for development entities
  • Budgeting and forecasting project costs against commitments
  • Assisting AP team in reviewing all invoices prior to being processed
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

THE PERSON

  • Experience with BAS, balance sheets and journals is essential
  • Ideally exposure to property is highly preferably
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred but not essential
  • Ability to build strong relationships internal and external stakeholders
