THE CLIENT
Starting from a family business, this property development company has been undergoing massive growth and thriving and now looking for a Property Accountant to join the team. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is an end-to-end accounting role. They are very focused on a fostering a great culture and rewarding environment to work including monthly recognitions for hard work and focused on internal promotions and progression.

THE ROLE
- General ledger, balance sheet, intercompany loans and bank reconciliations across development entities
- Month end and Year End reporting
- Entering and coding journal entries
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS for development entities
- Budgeting and forecasting project costs against commitments
- Assisting AP team in reviewing all invoices prior to being processed
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
THE PERSON
- Experience with BAS, balance sheets and journals is essential
- Ideally exposure to property is highly preferably
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred but not essential
- Ability to build strong relationships internal and external stakeholders
