Our client is a large global manufacturer located in Kew who are seeking a Receptionist for a 6-month contract (high chance of going permanent). The role is a Reception and Administration mix with the person being the heart of the office. The right candidate will be immediately available or have a short notice period and be experienced enough to hit the ground running. The business itself is growing and this will be a new role for the office.
The role:
- Reception and administration mix role
- Greeting visitors to the office and leading Covid safe protocols
- Facilities and building point of contact
- Ordering for the office, stationery and kitchen
- Onboarding for new starters
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers
- Health and safety of the office
The successful candidate:
- 3+ years in reception and administration
- A problem solver who is able to use their initiative
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and a quick learner in other systems
- Previous experience supporting an HR team will be highly advantageous

- Kew Location (working from home during lockdown)
- Hourly rate $33/hour + super (once permanent will have the equivalent salary)
