Our client is a large global manufacturer located in Kew who are seeking a Receptionist for a 6-month contract (high chance of going permanent). The role is a Reception and Administration mix with the person being the heart of the office. The right candidate will be immediately available or have a short notice period and be experienced enough to hit the ground running. The business itself is growing and this will be a new role for the office.

The role:

  • Reception and administration mix role
  • Greeting visitors to the office and leading Covid safe protocols
  • Facilities and building point of contact
  • Ordering for the office, stationery and kitchen
  • Onboarding for new starters
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers
  • Health and safety of the office

The successful candidate:

  • 3+ years in reception and administration
  • A problem solver who is able to use their initiative
  • Friendly, approachable personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and a quick learner in other systems
  • Previous experience supporting an HR team will be highly advantageous

  • Kew Location (working from home during lockdown)
  • Hourly rate $33/hour + super (once permanent will have the equivalent salary)
  • High possibility of the role going permanent for the right candidate
